Summary

Led a thirty-person team building one of the main stages for a thousand-person festival gathering in Aotearoa, January 2026. Large-scale sculpture, sound stage architecture, and performance coordination across the run.

Why it matters

After eight years of producing rooms, this was the first project that combined the sculptural-installation work, the live-music programming, and the festival operational discipline into a single contained event. Aotearoa as the venue was deliberate: the off-the-grid logistics push the work into territory that domestic production circuits don't reach.
